given that poll sought to cut right to the pith of what it means to be alive as a human right now it's remarkable that there was no consensus. our backs are up against the same obelisk but looking out each one of us sees something different.

based on the data, it looks like the overall attitude of Americans is positive, despite the coming hard times. so that's good news. and let's hope that the yes's win.
